Return and Refund Policy (public courses)
Cancellations or postponements to a future date for public Masterclasses will be accepted up to 7 days in advance of the course starting date with full refunds given within 7 days of acknowledged notification by email for cancellations. Thereafter delegate substitutions will be accepted up to 48 hours in advance of the course starting date.
Should a delegate not pitch up for the Masterclass or cancel within 48 hours of the start date, no refunds can be given.
Shipping Policy (books)
We aim to dispatch all physical orders within 3–5 business days of receiving payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary by location. Orders are shipped via reliable courier services within South Africa. For urgent delivery requests, please contact us at pdt@congruence.co.za for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please return the goods to us within 21 days of shipping for a full refund. Returns should be sent to:

Digital Downloads (books): Purchased digital products are available for immediate download after payment. A link is provided by email or on your account page.
Note: Refunds are not available for digital downloads once they have been successfully downloaded.
